Lobed fruits look like long, blocky red peppers with firm pulp and thick skins. They are perfect for canning or making pastes and sauces. The vines are vigorous and indeterminate, with excellent disease resistance. Seeds are from Simone's Garden, so they're not considered "true" San Marzano.
